Safeway - This week's ad, found in the Oregonian FOODday, had some 'Saturday Only' specials. They are indicated with the lead Saturday only. A Safeway card is required for these specials. If you don't have one, they are free, you can print an application from and give it to the cashier to start saving. Also in the FOODday was a Safeway coupon for "Double Manufacturers Coupons" We would use this with any Life Cereal manufacturers coupons for 'double' extra savings.

Thriftway also had a 'Double Coupon' coupon for manufactures coupons in the FOODday.

Albertsons has their "Preferred Card" that is also free and is important for many of the savings. You can sign up online at .
